Shipping & Delivery

Please note: we only ship to UK mainland addresses

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Royal Mail 48 hour tracked - £5.00 per item

Royal Mail 24 hour tracked - £7.00 per item

Due to the size of our items, we may not be able to ship multiple items in one box, in which case separate delivery charges will apply.

We aim to ship your order within 3 working days of the receipt of cleared funds.

Privacy & Security

Your Privacy and Security is important to us, we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties, all payments are done through PayPal. We also use a secure web site (SSL) for any transfer of sensitive information between your computer and ours.

Returns & Replacements

In line with the distance selling regulations here in the UK, any order can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt if in its original condition. One exception is any custom made items which we unfortunately cannot accept for return. In order to return an item please email us at makingmoreshavings@gmail.com for a return address and details. Please note that we cannot reimburse the postage costs or any additional costs. Once we have received your returned item, it will be checked for any damage and a full refund (minus any initial postage costs) will be issued. Damaged items will not be refunded.

Ordering

All orders on this site are not an acceptance of contract, but merely an intent on your part to want to purchase those items. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time and for any reason.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We do our best to ensure that the pricing is accurate, however there are times when technology fails us. In these cases we will contact you first before we proceed with the order to ensure that you are happy with paying the corrected price.
